以供给侧结构性改革推动民办本科高校向应用型路径转变

Promoting Non-government Funded Universities into Application-oriented Ones on the Basis of Supply-side Structural Reform

针对我国民办高校日益壮大,但面临着人才培养效率不高、同质化现象严重等问题,以供给侧结构性改革推动民办本科高校向应用型转变的必然性和基本路径为研究主旨,给出五条建议:完善民办本科高校供给人才质量评价体系,确立精准导向;破解民办本科高校结构性难题,促进转型升级;创新民办本科高校产教融合机制,建立战略发展联盟;抓住兴校强校关键,建设"双师型"队伍;培养民办本科高校人文工匠精神,增强内生和外延发展能力。

Chinese non-government funded universities are getting stronger day by day, but they are facing with such problems as low efficiency of talent training and serious homogenization. Focusing on the neces- sities and basic routes of promoting non-government funded universities into application oriented ones on the basis of Supply-side Structural Reform, it discusses the following issues such as improving system of talent quality evaluation of the non-government funded universities, forming precision orientation;sloving non-government funded universities＇ structural problems, putting forward transformation and upgrading ; es- tablishing industry-education integration mechanism, setting up strategic alliance;taking the grip of strengthening and prospering school, constructing double professionally title teachers＇ team;cultivating hu- manistic craftsman spirit, enhancing the internal and external development ability.
