摘要
目的通过分析2016年北京市食品安全企业标准备案数据资料,找出存在的问题,为优化食品安全企业标准备案工作提供建议。方法整理2016年北京市食品安全企业标准备案数据资料,对备案的基本情况、地区分类、食品分类等情况进行统计学分析。结果 2016年,北京市食品安全企业标准备案工作共受理635件,备案完成539(85%)件,不予备案93(15%)件;备案份数最多的前三位依次是房山区、大兴区、顺义区;备案数量最多食品类别依次为调味料、饮料、粮食和粮食制品。结论食品安全企业标准备案数量和通过率大幅上升;应将备案较集中、不予备案率较高的地区和备案较集中食品类别列为工作重点;备案的网络平台数据维护和统计功能有待进一步加强;进一步加强食品安全企业标准备案的事后监管;建议创新食品安全企业标准备案管理模式;进一步发挥行业协会在食品安全企业标准管理中的作用;加强宣传培训和人才队伍建设。
Objective Through the data of enterprise food safety standard filing of Beijing in 2016,find the problems,and provide suggestions to optimize the filing of the enterprise food safety standards.Methods Organizing the data of enterprise food safety standard of Beijing in 2016,analyzed the basic situation,area and food classification of the record.Results There were totally 635 copies of enterprises food safety standards received in Beijing in2016,filed 539(85%) copies,not filed 93(15%) copies.The top three areas of filing were Fangshan District,Daxing District and Shunyi District.The top three food classification were flavoring,beverage and grain products.Conclusion The quantity and pass rate of enterprise food safety standard filing increased significantly;The area of higher filing rate and lower filing pass rate and the food categories of higher filing rate should be more focused;The data maintenance and statistical functions of network platform should be further strengthened;The afterwards supervision of enterprise food safety standards should be further strengthened;It is suggested to innovate the management model of food safety enterprise standard;The role of industry associations in the management of food safety enterprise standards should be further developed;Strengthen the publicity and training.
