青少年抑郁症患者各项因子与父母教养方式的相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation Between the Factors of Juvenile Depression and Parental Rearing Patterns

目的研究青少年抑郁症患者的各项因子与父母教养方式的相关性。方法在我院收治的青少年抑郁症患者中选出120例为观察组,选取同期体检的健康青少年120例为对照组,对两组受检对象进行各项因子(EPQ问卷)的评估,同时应用EMBU量表进行父母教养方式的评估,对比两组受检对象的检测结果。结果观察组抑郁症患者的内外向评分低于对照组,且精神质、神经质评分高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组抑郁症患者的FF1、FF2、FF5、FF6、MF1、MF2、MF3、MF4因子评分与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;相关性分析上:父母的情感温暖与理解与青少年抑郁症患者的内外向因子呈正相关关系,与精神质、神经质呈负相关关系;父母教养方式中的拒绝否认因子和惩罚严厉因子与内外向因子呈负相关关系,与精神质、神经质呈正相关关系。结论青少年抑郁症患者的各项因子形成与父母教养方式之间存在显著的相关关系,不合理的父母教养方式则会影响到抑郁症的发生。

Objective To study the correlation between the factors of juvenile depression and parental rearing styles. Methods 120 cases of adolescents with depression were selected as the observation group. 120 healthy adolescents with the same physical examination were selected as the control group. The evaluation of the factors（EPQ questionnaire） was carried out in the two groups.The EMBU scale was used to evaluate the parents＇parenting style,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of internal and external scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of psychoticism and neuroticism were higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05.The scores of FF1,FF2,FF5,FF6,MF1,MF2,MF3 and MF4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Correlation analysis：the parents of emotional warmth and understanding and adolescent depression in patients with positive and negative factors were positively correlated with mental quality,neuroticism was negatively correlated.There was a positive correlation between denial of denial factors and severe factors of punishment and internal and external factors in parental rearing style,and positively correlated with mental quality and neuroticism.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the factors of juvenile depression and parental rearing,and unreasonable parental rearing will affect the occurrence of depression.
