目的探究医院临床药学服务模式,加快医院临床药学服务模式发展。方法采用回归性分析的方式,通过相关数据调查分析,阐述药学服务工作重要性,并且提出临床药师培养以及加快临床药学工作开展的有效措施。结果对5 000例药物不良反应患者临床调查中,其中因药物不良反应引发住院患者人数比率为4.5%,因药物不良反应致死患者人数比率为0.2%,因药物不良反应导致患者出现聋哑症状的人数比率为1.3%。结论我国的临床药学工作发展还存在一定的问题,而医院临床药学服务模式开展可以提升医院药师工作积极性,强化药师工作社会价值,这将为我国临床药学工作发展带来极大的推动力量。

Objective To explore the clinical pharmacy service model of hospital and accelerate the development of hospital clinical pharmacy service mode. Methods The regression analysis was used to analyze the importance of pharmacy service, and the effective measures were put forward to cultivate clinical pharmacists and to accelerate the work of clinical pharmacy. Results In the clinical investigation of adverse drug reactions in 5 000 patients, the proportion of hospitalized patients was 4.5% due to adverse drug reactions. The number of patients who died of adverse drug reactions was 0.2%, and the adverse reactions caused the patients with deaf-mute symptoms The number of people was 1.3%. Conclusion There are still some problems in the development of clinical pharmacy work in our country. The development of clinical pharmacy service model in hospital can enhance the enthusiasm of hospital pharmacists and strengthen the social value of pharmacists＇ work. This will bring great impetus to the development of clinical pharmacy.
