摘要
文章分析在门诊就医流程过程使用微信公众号的临床效果。通过医院门诊就诊的患者使用微信公众平台,实现微信的预约挂号、诊室候诊及诊后各类服务的一体化门诊就医流程的体验。通过门诊微信公众平台可以给患者带来便捷快速的就医体验,减少排队等候时间,有效缓解看病难的问题,缩短患者整体就医等候时间,提高患者满意度以及医护和谐度。
To analyze the clinical effect of using the WeChat public number in the outpatient medical procedure process.Through the hospital clinic patients using WeChat public platform,realized the WeChat appointment,clinic waiting and all kinds of services after diagnosis integration experience of outpatient service medical treatment process.Through the outpatient WeChat public platform brings convenient and rapid treatment to patients experience,and reduce the waiting time,effectively alleviate the problem of medical treatment,shorten the total patients waiting time,improve patient satisfaction and medical harmonious degree.
