高压电位疗法治疗对2型糖尿病患者血流变学指标及生活质量的影响

Effects of High Voltage Potential Therapy on Hemorheology and Quality of Life in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察高压电位疗法治疗对2型糖尿病患者血流变学指标及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用皮下注射诺和灵强化治疗,每天早、晚饭前半个小时进行皮下注射,每天2次。观察组患者在对照组基础上采用高压电位治疗仪治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后血流变学指标及生活质量,并进行统计学分析。结果两组的血液粘、浓、聚状态在治疗后比治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后全血比粘度(高切)、全血比粘度(低切)、红细胞压积、血浆比粘度等指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能、社会功能、总体生活质量评分高于对照组,且比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压电位治疗能明显改善糖尿病患者的血液流变学,提高患者生活质量,进而帮助患者有效维持血糖水平稳定。

Objective To observe the effect of high voltage potential therapy on adverse emotions and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 cases of type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The control group was given a subcutaneous injection of nori and psionic enhancement therapy,which was administered half an hour before and after dinner,two times a day.Observation group on the basis of control group using high voltage potential therapeutic treatment,observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment of hemorrheology indicators and quality of life,and for statistical analysis.Results The blood viscosity,thick and poly-state of the two groups were statistically significant after treatment（P〈0.05）,and the whole blood viscosity（high cut）,whole blood viscosity（low cut）,hematocrit,plasma viscosity and other indicators in observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The body function,psychological function,material function,social function and overall quality of life score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High voltage potential treatment can significantly improve the hemorheology of diabetic patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and thus help patients to effectively maintain blood glucose level stabilit.
