摘要
目的针对动态心电图缺血性J波在急性冠脉综合征中的诊断价值进行探讨。方法以本院在2016年1月—2017年1月所收治的急性冠脉综合征患者中任选47例,均给予动态心电图检查,针对检测结果进行分析。结果急性冠脉综合征患者在24 h内无症状期以及发作后24 h内缺血性J波出现率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在24 h后出现缺血性J波患者中,急性心肌梗死患者中14例出现室性心律失常,心绞痛患者中13例出现室性心律失常。结论采用动态心电图检查针对急性冠脉综合征进行诊断,能为临床治疗以及疾病监测提供有效指导。
Objective To explore the value of diagnosis in acute coronary syndrome by dynamic electrocardiogram ischemic J wave. Methods47 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. Holter examinations were performed and the results were analyzed. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of ischemic J wave in asymptomatic patients with acute coronary syndromes within 24 h and 24 h after seizure（P〈0.05）. Of the patients with ischemic J waves after 24 h, ventricular arrhythmias occurred in 14 patients with acute myocardial infarction, and ventricular arrhythmias occurred in 13 patients with angina pectoris. Conclusion The diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome is performed by dynamic electrocardiogram, which can provide effective guidance for clinical treatment and disease monitoring.
