摘要
目的观察面神经麻痹物理治疗的临床疗效。方法采集2015年1月—2016年11月到医院康复医学科治疗面神经麻痹的患者共226例,采用激光疗法、超短波疗法、红外线理疗的治疗方案对患者进行综合治疗,对其临床治疗效果进行分析。结果经过物理治疗治愈的患者为196例,治愈率为86.73%;有效的患者为30例,有效率为13.28%;无效的患者0例,占0%;总有效率为100%。结论物理治疗面神经麻痹效果明显,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of physical therapy on facial paralysis. Methods A total of 226 cases of facial paralysis were treated in rehabilitation department from January 2015 to November 2016. The laser therapy, ultrashort wave therapy and infrared physiotherapy were adopted to treat the patients, and the clinical treatment effect was analyzed. Results After physical therapy, 196 cases were cured, the cure rate was 86.73%. The effective patients were 30 cases, the effective rate was 13.28%; the invalid 0 cases, accounting for 0%; the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion It is important and obvious to use physical therapy of facial paralysis.
