小骨窗开颅手术与常规骨瓣开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Small Skull Window Craniotomy and Routine Craniotomy for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察小骨窗开颅术与常规大骨瓣开颅术治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法随机将我院收治的94例高血压脑出血患者平均分为两组。对照组给予常规大骨瓣开颅术,观察组给予小骨窗开颅术。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血效果理想。

Objective To observe the effect of small skull window craniotomy and routine craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 94 patients were divided into two groups. The control group used conventional craniotomy, and observation group used small skull window craniotomy. Comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time and complication rate of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of small skull window craniotomy is effective.
