摘要
目的探讨病毒性腮腺炎患者实施经腺管腺体内给药治疗的效果。方法选取50例病毒性腮腺炎患儿分为对照组和治疗组,分别给予常规抗病毒治疗和经腺管腺体内给药治疗。对比治疗效果、不良反应和并发症。结果治疗组总有效率高达96.0%,对照组仅为76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应和并发症。结论经腺管腺体内给药治疗病毒性腮腺炎效果理想且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of giving drug by crypt in the treatment of viral parotitis. Methods 50 cases of children with viral parotitis were divided into control group and treatment group, who were given conventional antiviral therapy and giving drug by crypt. The treatment effect, adverse reactions and complications were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 76.0% in the control group, between which the difference was significant（P〈0.05）, and there were no adverse reactionsand complications in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of giving drug by crypt in the treatment of viral parotitis is ideal, with high safety.
