磷酸铝凝胶联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效研究

Clinical Study on Aluminum Phosphate Gel Combined With Omeprazole in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的探析磷酸铝凝胶联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选择本院2015年12月—2016年12月收治的116例消化性溃疡患者为对象,按治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各58例,对照组给予奥美拉唑单药治疗,观察组给予奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗,对比两组效果和不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.28%,高于对照组的87.93%(P<0.05),观察组不良反应的总发生率为6.90%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磷酸铝凝胶与奥美拉唑联合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效确切,有效改善溃疡的愈合情况,安全性高,不良反应较小。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 116 patients with peptic ulcer were enrolled in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment group. 58 patients in each group were treated with omeprazole monotherapy Treatment, the observation group given omeprazole combined with aluminum phosphate gel treatment, compared the two groups of effects and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 98.28% in the observation group and 87.93% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（6.90%） was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of aluminum phosphate gel and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer is effective and effective in improving the healing of ulcer. The safety is high and the adverse reaction is small.
