曲美他嗪、阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Trimetazidine and Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探析对冠心病患者予以曲美他嗪、阿托伐他汀联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院接收诊治的患有冠心病的94例患者为研究资料,依照数字单双号的形式对其分组,每组47例。予以对照组实施曲美他嗪治疗,予以试验组实施曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 76.60%是对照组患者的治疗有效率,低于试验组患者的93.62%(P<0.05);试验组患者的平板运动实验情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者采取曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗,其治疗效果显著,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy with trimetazidine and atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 94 patients with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed and treated were divided into two groups according to the number of odd and even numbers, 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with trimetazidine, and the clinical treatment effect of tricetazidine combined with atorvastatin was given to the experimental group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The 76.60% was the effective rate of treatment in the control group, Less than 93.62% of the patients in the experimental group（P〈0.05）; The treadmill exercise test in the experimental group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionTriptylazine combined with atorvastatin treatment in patients with coronary heart disease has significant therapeutic effect and high safety.
