硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的效果观察

The Effect of Nitroglycerin Combined With Aspirin in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的探讨硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取我院门诊在2015年1月—2017年1月收治的62例心绞痛患者,将其按照数字法,分为两组,观察组31例,采用硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林进行治疗,对照组31例,采用单纯的硝酸甘油治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果、动态心电图改善均优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的效果显著,可显著改善动态心电图,并降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To make an investigation on clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with aspirin in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods To chose 62 patients of angina pectoris who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 to study and separated them into two groups according to digits method with 31 patients in each group, patients in study group were given with nitroglycerin combined with aspirin treatment. While, patients in control group were given with only nitroglycerin treatment and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment effect and dynamic electrocardiogram improvement in study group were better than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group, there were efficacy differentials between two groups and such differentials had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nitroglycerin combined with aspirin is efficiency in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris, it is conducive to promoting patients＇ dynamic electrocardiogram improvement and decreasing side-effect incidence, thus, such a treatment method is worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
