生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的应用分析

Analysis of Biochemical Test Application in Diagnosis of Diabetes

目的对生化检验应用于糖尿病诊断中的效果和价值进行分析。方法选取148例2014年1月—2016年12月在我院接受治疗的糖尿病患者,并1:1随机分为对照组和实验组各74例,对分别应用常规尿液检验和生化检验的效果进行对照研究。结果就糖尿病诊断有效率而言,实验组患者高于对照组(94.59%vs.72.97%),P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论生化检验应用于糖尿病诊断中的效果和价值十分显著。

Objective To make an analysis on clinical effect and value of biochemical test application in diagnosis of diabetes.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,chose 148 patients with diabetes who were treated in hospital to study and separated them into control group and study group with 74 patients in each group according to 1：1 ratio,and then compared conventional urinary test result to biochemical test result between two groups.Results The effectiveness rate of diabetes diagnosis in study group was much higher than that in control group（94.59%vs.72.97%）;thus,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Biochemical test application is quite clinically effective in diagnosis of diabetes.
