经腹彩超诊断胎盘植入的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Diagnosis of Placenta Accreta by Transabdominal Color Doppler Ultrasonography

目的探析经腹彩超诊断胎盘植入的临床效果和价值。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月我院收治的胎盘植入患者46例为研究对象,对其经腹彩超诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果 46例患者均经病理检查确诊为胎盘植入,经腹彩超检出44例,检出率为95.65%,漏诊2例,漏诊率为4.35%,经腹彩超和病理检查结果差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.264 1,P>0.05)。结论在胎盘植入中应用经腹彩超,诊断准确率高。

Objective The clinical effect and value of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of placenta accreta are to be studied. Methods To make a review and analysis on transabdominal color doppler ultrasonography diagnosis results for selected 46 patients of placenta accreta who were treated in hospital from June 2015 to June 2016. Results 46 cases were diagnosed as placenta accreta by pathological examination, 44 cases were detected by transabdominal color doppler ultrasound and the detection rate was 95.65%, 2 cases were missed and the rate of missed diagnosis was 4.35%. There was no significant difference between transabdominal color doppler ultrasonography and pathological examination （χ^2=1.264 1, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in placenta implantation has high diagnostic accuracy.
