小规格血液管理模式探讨

目的探讨小规格红细胞血液管理模式,提高儿童用血供应水平,减少资源消耗。方法明确红细胞血液最小制备规格(0.5 U/袋),科学利用待检血预分装,建立小规格血液库存基础;合理利用成品库合格血制备临床计划预约用血。结果待检血预分装有利于建立去白悬浮红细胞库存,解决儿科急诊用血,减少紧急制备、缓解工作压力,降低成本等问题;计划预约用血实行成品库合格血制备,能够避免血液过剩或过期,有利于拓展小规格血液制备品种,提升服务水平。结论血液小制剂的供给能够从根本上节省血液,减少资源浪费;两种制备方法联合应用管理,能够互补短板,为保障小规格血液供用及时有效、经济合理提供支持。

Objective To discuss the management mode of small specification red blood cells, in order to improve the blood supply in children and reduce the waste of blood. Methods To set the minimum specifications of red blood cells（0.5 U per pack）, then divide the blood to be detected into packets to establish inventory of small specification blood components; To divide qualified blood to meet the clinical use. Results It was beneficial to establish inventory of red blood cells and for the emergency use of pediatric disease, it can also reduce the frequency of emergency preparation, alleviate the pressure of work、lower the cost, and so on.We divide qualified blood to meet the clinical use, in order to avoid blood overdue and to increase the variety of blood components, in tern, to improve the level of service. Conclusion Supply of small specification blood components can radically save blood resources and reduce the waste of blood. Federated application of the two methods is good for the supply of small specification blood components and it can provide clinical support more effectively.
