老年冠心病心律失常的护理研究

Nursing Research on Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Complicated by Arrhythmia

目的对老年冠心病心律失常患者的临床护理措施和效果进行研究。方法选取158例2013年9月—2017年1月在我院接受治疗的老年冠心病心律失常患者,并1:1随机分为对照组(应用常规护理)和实验组(应用优质护理)各79例,对两组不同模式的护理效果进行对照研究。结果在SF-36评分中,就躯体疼痛、情感功能、精神状况以及总体健康等评分而言,实验组患者均明显高于对照组,t=15.62,16.28,16.34,15.67,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于老年冠心病心律失常患者中的效果十分理想。

Objective To make a study on clinical nursing methods and effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia. Methods Chose 158 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia who were treated in hospital from September 2013 to January 2017 to study and separated them into control group（give conventional nursing） and study group（give high-quality nursing） with 79 patients in each group according to 1：1 ratio and then compare nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ SF-36 assessment scores in terms of physical pain, emotional function, mental health and general health in study group were much more than counterparts in control group, t=15.62, 16.28, 16.34, 15.67. There were differentials between two groups and such differentials had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high-quality nursing is quite effective for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia.
