Nursing Coordination of Testing Thalassemia by Chorionic Villus Biopsy in Early Pregnancy

目的探讨孕早期经绒毛活检地中海贫血的护理。方法选取我院产前诊断的620例孕妇实施孕早期经绒毛活检术,进行全面的护理,研究其护理效果。结果 620例孕妇中有2例分别因胎盘位置及母体组织污染原因二次穿刺成功,其余均一次性穿刺成功,术后随访中有1例新生儿早产,无宫内感染和肢端缺损等并发症发生。结论熟练的术中配合及术后相应护理是手术成功和减少并发症的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the nursing care of early pregnancy by chorionic villus biopsy in diagnosis of thalassemia. Methods In our hospital, 620 cases of pregnant women for prenatal diagnosis of early pregnancy by cashmere wool. The implementation of operation, to conduct a comprehensive study of the effect of nursing care. Results The 620 pregnant women, 2 cases were due to placental location and maternal tissue contamination, and the two puncture was successful, and the others were successfully punctured at one time, There was 1 case of premature birth, no intrauterine infection and limb defect. Conclusion Skilled intraoperative coordination and postoperative nursing care are important factors for successful operation and reduction of complications.
