摘要 目的探讨新型健康教育模式对尘肺患者健康行为依从性及肺功能的影响。方法选取2015年4月—2016年4月在我院住院的106例尘肺病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,分别采用新型健康教育模式和传统模式对患者开展健康教育,两组均接受相应常规的治疗和一般护理,3个月后比较两组健康教育在尘肺相关知识的知晓率、健康行为的依从性、就医满意度及的肺功能的改善情况。结果两组健康教育效果比较,观察组在尘肺基本知识、健康行为依从性、就医满意度等方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MVV指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新型健康教育模式可提高尘肺患者健康行为的依从性、就医感受、改善患者的肺功能,从而提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To explore effects of new health education mode on health behavior compliance and lung function of patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 106 cases of pneumoconiosis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each group. Respectively, the neotype health education mode and the traditional model of carrying out health education for patients, two groups were treated with the corresponding conventional treatment and general nursing, after 3 months were compared between the two groups of healthy education in pneumoconiosis related knowledge awareness rate of health behavior of compliance, medical satisfaction and lung function improvement. ResultsTwo groups of health education effect were compared, the observation group in the basic knowledge of pneumoconiosis, health behavior compliance, medical satisfaction, etc., were higher than the control group(P〈0.05). observation group of FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MVV indicators were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05), the difference was significant. Conclusion The new health education model can improve the compliance of health behavior of pneumoconiosis patients, medical treatment experience, improve the patient's lung function, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
