摘要
目的对血液透析护理管理中应用风险管理的效果进行分析探讨。方法选取我中心2016年1—12月收治的80例血液透析患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。以常规护理措施护理对照组患者,观察组则在其基础上接受风险管理,对两组护理效果予以对比。结果观察组患者不仅护理满意度(97.5%)优于对照组(72.5%),且风险事件发生情况也优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析护理管理中应用风险管理,可让护理风险发生率大幅降低,患者满意度更高。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of risk management in hemodialysis nursing management. Methods 80 hemodialysis patients in our center from January to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（40 cases） and the observation group（40 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures, while the observation group received risk management on their basis. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group（97.5%） was better than that of the control group（72.5%）, and the risk event was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk management in hemodialysis nursing management can greatly reduce the incidence of nursing risk and improve the patient satisfaction.
