摘要
分布式通用地面系统(Distributed Common Ground System,DCGS)是美军当前最典型的战役战术级情报、监视、侦察(Intelligence,Surveillance,Reconnaissance,ISR)应用终端系统.在云计算、大数据、人工智能等新信息技术的推动下,美国国防部及各军种正在加快推进DCGS的跨域互操作性建设.介绍了美军各军种DCGS和集成中枢的发展现状,总结了DCGS的发展趋势,针对联合作战情报信息系统建设给出了4点启示.
Distributed Common Ground System （DCGS） is the most typical application terminal system for operational and tactical level of United States. Under the promotion of the new information technology, such as cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, the Department of Defense of U.S. and every military branch are promoting the cross-domain interoperability of the DOGS. This paper firstly introduces the development status of the DCGS for every military branch and integration backbone, then summarizes the development trends of the DCGS. Finally, four revelations are proposed to build the joint operation Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance （ISR） system.
