摘要
以采油螺杆泵橡胶定子为研究对象,通过设置转子旋转速度、细化接触密封带网格、定义合理腔室压力等手段建立螺杆泵有限元分析模型,并对其进行分析,确定密封带的接触应力、定子横截面和内表面的剪应力,以及定子内表面的等效应力的分布规律,从而确定螺杆泵各个位置的受力变形情况。
Taking the rubber stator of screw pump in oil production as the main object, it sets the rotation speed of rotor and refines the contact seal tape meshes, builds finite element analytical model, obtains the regularities of distribution of the contact stress in sealing tape, describes the shear stress in cross section of the stator and in- ner surface, defines the equivalent stress of the stator inner surface. Based on above it determines the forces and deformations in various positions of the screw pump.
