活塞连杆压装专机电气控制与液压系统设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据活塞连杆组件压装过程中分时段按序支承的工艺要求,分析压床模具的压装运动,设计压装系统的快进、工进和保压回路。基于S7-200型PLC,采用光电传感器对压装运动位置进行实时检测,用SFC语言设计状态转移图,用歩进顺控指令编制顺序控制程序。实践表明:该系统完全能满足活塞连杆组件压装过程的运动和技术生产要求。 According to the requirements of the piston rod assemblies pressing process in the time sequence, it analyzes the pressing movement of press die, designs the pressing system with the fast forward, working action and pressure - holding circuit. Base on the $7 - 200 PLC, it applies the photoelectric sensor to detect the move- ment position of press -fit in real time, uses the SFC language to design the state transition diagram. This system controls the program with step sequence instructions compiled order. Practice shows that the system can fully meet the requirements of the piston rod assemblies pressing process movement and the technical production.
