摘要
通过一例桁架机械手运行中的振动现象,分析了伺服谐振和机械共振的可能性,论述了二者的特点,经过校核键的强度,确认是因为键的强度不足造成疲劳压溃,使机械手产生反向间隙,导致冲击振动。
Aiming at the vibration phenomenon in the case of gantry manipulator during operation, it analyzes the possibility of the servo resonance and mechanical resonance, discusses the characteristics of them. Based on the strength analysis, it confirms the lack of bond strength caused by fatigue crushing, which produces the transmission gap and shock vibration.
