威佳对慢性肾功能不全患者血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨在治疗慢性肾功能不全时促肝细胞生长素抑制肾间质纤维化的作用。方法 :将乙肝、丙肝标记物阴性 ,且无任何肝脏损害的 CRF失代偿期患者 63例分为治疗组 (A组 33例 )及对照组 (B组 30例 ) ,治疗组每日用威佳1 2 0 μg静脉滴注 ,口服洛汀新 1 0 mg,1次 / d,连续使用 6周 ,对照组只用洛汀新口服 ,1 0 mg/ d。治疗前及治疗后均抽血 ,离心取血清用放射免疫分析法检测血清 HA、P- ;Scr用生化方法检测。结果 :HA治疗组治疗前后有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,治疗后有明显降低 ,对照组治疗后有明显升高 ,组间比较有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;P- 治疗组治疗后有极明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,组间比较差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;Scr治疗组治疗前后无差异 ,对照组极明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 Objective:To study the anti fibrosis action of liver cell proliferation factor on renal interreal tissue during treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods:63 cases with advanced stage of CRF were selected.33 cases,as the treatment group,were treated by weijia 120μg/day i.v.drip and lodingxin 10mg/day oral administration.30 cases,as the control group,were treated only by lodingxin 10mg/day oral administration.The treatment course was six weeks.Serum hyaluronic acid (HA),Praevia collage Ⅲ (P Ⅲ) were detected by radioimmunoassay and serum creatinine (SCr) was measrued by biochemical method before and after the treatment.Results:HA and P Ⅲ declined significantly after treatment in the treatment group ( P<0.05,P<0.01 ).However,HA elevated significantly after treatment in control group.SCr showed no difference in treatment group,but elevated in control group ( P <0 01).Conclusion:Weijia has the action for inhibiting the fibrosis of renal interreal tissure.
