疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床应用

Clinical Application of Tension-Free Mesh & Plug Hernioplasty

目的 :探讨疝环充填式无张力修补术的优点 ,总结经验教训。方法 :采用美国 Bard公司定型产品 ,对 94例腹股沟疝患者进行疝环填塞无张力修补术。结果 :手术时间平均 36min,术后 6h即能下床活动 ,切口疼痛轻 ,术后尿潴留 4例 ,阴囊血肿 1例 ,切口局部异物感 4例 ,切口下血肿 2例 ,术后短期内复发 2例 ,无切口感染。结论 :疝环填塞无张力修补术 ,手术简便 ,损伤轻 ,填塞物和补片与组织相容性好 ,复发率低 。

Objective:To explore the advantage and experience of Tension free Mesh & Plug Hernioplasty.Methods: 94 patients with inguinal hernia were treated with tension free hernioplasty using mesh & plug materials of bard company.Results:The mean operation time was 36 min.The patients could leave their bed and move at 6h after operation,and had less pain in their wound.Four patients had retention of urine and one had hematoma of scrotum.The feeling of foreign body in the local area had in four patients,and hematoma under the incision was in two patients.Recurrence in short times occurred in two patients,and there was no incision infection.Conclusion:Tension free Mesh & Plug Hernioplasty has advantages of simple operation and less injury.The mesh & plug materials have good tissue compatibility.The operation is the most rational method to treat the patients with inguinal hernia.
