基于机械原理课程的一种多功能机械原理演示箱的设计

摘要 为进一步提高学生对机械传动机构的认知,设计了多功能机械原理演示箱。该演示箱所有部件均可拆卸和组装,能演示连杆、曲柄滑块和内燃机等传动机构的工作原理。这些部件还能和慧鱼创意组合模型的部件结合,扩展成其他机械机构。演示箱结构简单、使用方便,既便于教师授课时演示传动机构的工作原理,也便于学生做实验时操作和组装。演示箱的使用实现了可视化和可触化的教学过程,提高了学生的理论理解和实际操作能力。 A multi-functional mechanical principle demonstration box was designed in order to further improve the students’ cognition of the mechanical transmission mechanism. All parts of the presentation box could be disassembled and assembled to demonstrate the working principle of the transmission mechanism such as linkage, crank slider and internal combustion engine, etc. These components could also be combined with parts of the Fischer creative combination model and expanded into other mechanical mechanisms. The demonstration box was simple in structure and easy to use. It was convenient not only for teachers to demonstrate the working principle of the transmission mechanism, but also for students to operate and assemble when doing experiments. The use of the demonstration box could achieve the visualization and touch learning process to improve students’ theoretical understanding and practical ability.
