摘要
根据师范专业人才培养要求,结合《化学教师技能》课程性质和师范生特点,将教师技能重新整合为"基础技能、教学技能、综合技能、学科专项技能"四大类,并与"院级、校级、省级、国家级"四个竞赛层次相融合,构建"四层次四维度"化学教师技能学科竞赛体系,通过构建与实施,对激发师范生的学习兴趣、增强技能训练的主动性、提高教学能力有促进作用.
According to the normal professional personnel training requirements, Combined with the nature of Chemistry Teacher's Skills Curriculum and characteristics of normal students. Integrate of Chemistry Teacher's Skills to "Basic skills, Teaching Skills, Comprehensive skills and Professional skills" four categories. And integration with "College Level, University Level, Provincial Level and National Level" four competition level. Building "Four Levels and Four Dimensions" Chemistry Teacher's Skills discipline competition system, By operating this way, Help to stimulate the students" interest in learning, enhance the initia- tive of skill training, improving chemistry teaching ability of normal students.
