广西高等教育结构、产业结构与就业结构协调关系的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between High Education Structure Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Guangxi

从高等教育结构视角研究就业结构和产业结构间的关系,分析高等教育结构、就业结构和产业结构对广西经济的贡献率,从Moore结构变化值和灰色关联度分析三者在时间上的关联性.研究结果表明:广西高等教育的普及远远不足,广西当前高等教育所培养的人才结构、人力资本存量尚不能起到促进经济结构产业升级的作用.

In this paper, based on higher education structure, The relationship between industrial structure and employment structure was studied, The contribution rate of higher education structure, employment structure and industrial structure to Guangxi economy was analyzed. The correlation between the three methods in time is found through the analysis of Moore structure change value and grey correlation degree. The results show that the popularization of higher education in Guangxi is far from enough. The talent structure and human capital stock of the current higher education in Guangxi can not play a role in promoting the upgrading of economic structure.
