负压定点取样煤层瓦斯含量测定损失量推算方法 被引量:13

摘要 为确定负压排渣定点取样过程的瓦斯损失量,采用自主研发的颗粒煤瓦斯负压-负压转常压解吸实验系统,选取义马矿区新安煤矿煤样,开展了不同吸附平衡压力、不同解吸负压及解吸时间的颗粒煤瓦斯负压-负压转常压解吸规律实验研究.结果表明:负压解吸段瓦斯累积解吸量随着解吸负压(绝对值)的升高及负压解吸时间的延长而增大,转为常压解吸后对应的瓦斯累积解吸量减小;实验煤样负压解吸初期(0~2min)瓦斯解吸规律及转为常压解吸后的常压解吸初期规律(0~10min)均可采用巴雷尔模型描述;基于提出的负压取样瓦斯损失量推算方法所得的推算值与实际损失量值最大误差为4.83%. In order to determine the gas loss quality during coal sampling based on negative pressure pneumatic conveying, the gas desorption law of coal particle was studied by self-developed gas desorption system of coal particle under negative pressure. The experimental samples, sampled from Xin' an coal mine, were carried out desorption experiment that under negative pressure and atmospheric desorption after negative pressure, respectively. The results show that the gas cumulative desorption quality increases with the negative pressure and desorption time. But it decreases when atmospheric desorption after negative pressure desorption corresponding. The Barrel model is appropriate for gas desorption law under negative pressure in the first two minutes and under atmospheric desorption after negative pressure desorption in the first ten minutes. The error between the prediction results based on the new correlation formula and the actual value is less than 4.83%.
