摘要
教师课堂上的评价语言对学生有很大的影响,不仅能够指出学生不当的学习行为,更重要的是能养成他们更好的行为和品行,但是更多的评价语言只是停留在第一个层面,即"行为"层面,为了超越"行为"层面,教师的评价要从"为行"出发:教师的评价语言要充满关爱、富有激励性;教师要在课堂倾听和观察中运用评价语言;教师要在教学反思中提升自己的课堂评价语言。
The evaluative language fi'om teachers has a great influence to the students in the classroom.It can not only points out the students' improper behaviors,but the more important is to help students to form the better behavior and character.But most evaluative language from teachers only stay in the first level,namely "the behavior"level.In order to go beyond" the behavior"level,teachers' evaluation should start from the "for behavior":The evaluative language from teachers should be filled with concern and love,and incentive.Teachers should use evaluative language with listening and observing in the classroom;Also,they should improve their evaluative language in teaching reflection.
