地方高校青年教师实践教学能力培养策略——基于四所高校的调查研究

Local College Young Teachers Practical Teaching Ability Training Strategy——Based on the Investigation of Four Colleges and Universities

本文基于四所地方高校的问卷调查发现,影响青年教师实践教学能力的因素包括:设计、实施、反思能力;能力提升的主观意愿;培养机制;认知水平、自身实践经历等方面,并据此提出提高认识、完善机制、强化激励、增进校企合作交流等提升青年教师实践教学能力的对策。

Questionnaire survey of four local universities bases on the factors that affect teaching ability of young teachers＇ practical teaching design,including the young teachers＇ implementation and reflection ability;subjective intention enhance teachers＇ ability of practice teaching;practical teaching ability of young teachers training mechanism; young teachers teaching ability and cognitive level of young teachers＇ practical experience and other aspects. And it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the understanding,improve the mechanism,strengthen the incentive and enhance cooperation exchanges to enhance the teaching ability of young teachers in practice.
