地方新建本科院校的出现顺应了我国高等教育事业的发展。在社会服务方面,地方新建本科院校发挥着不可小觑的作用。地方新建本科院校的生存与发展需要通过科学研究、人才培养、文化教育来为地方社会的发展与地方经济建设提供服务,这也是地方新建本科院校的特殊性所在。新建本科院校的创设必须要明确其办学定位与办学思想,秉承为服务地方经济发展、促进地方社会进步的理念办学,一方面能够在彰显办学特色、拓宽服务途径等方面开拓创新,另一方面能够将本科院校致力打造成为地方经济建设的发展动力源泉。那么,如何能够有效地提升地方新建本科院校的社会服务功能便是本文探讨的重点内容。

The emergence of local new undergraduate colleges conforms to the development of higher education in China. In terms of social services,local new undergraduate colleges play a role that can not be underestimated. The survival and development of new local colleges and universities need to provide scientific services,personnel training, culture and education for the development of local society and local economic construction services,whic, h is the new local colleges and universities of particularity. The creation of new undergraduate institutions must be clear its school orientation and school thinking,adhering to the local economic development services to promote the concept of local social progress school,on the one hand to highlight the characteristics of running schools,broaden the service path and other aspects of innovation,on the other hand able to build the undergraduate institutions to become the source of development of local economic development. So,how to effectively enhance the local new social services undergraduate institutions is the focus of this article to explore the content.
