摘要
教育部有关数据显示,随着我国高校扩招政策的实施,2011年、2012年、2013年、2014年、2015年全国普通高校毕业生人数分别为6600000、6800000、6990000、7270000、7490000,毕业生的数量在不断地更新和创建新的历史高峰,毕业生面临严峻的就业压力,心理问题越来越突出。很多学生在即将毕业时甚至实习之前出现严重的就业心理问题,本文通过了解学生的就业心理困惑,探讨解决就业心理问题的方法,将心理游戏引入到大学生就业心理问题辅导中,使大学生能清楚地认识自我,正确对待就业工作中遇到的各种困难,提高就业心理素质,从而顺利找到合适工作。
