摘要
2014年我国正式开展现代学徒制试点工作,有效服务产业升级和经济转型。本文首先分析现代学徒制的分类和内涵,对现代学徒制实施过程中遇到的困难进行分析,包括社会认可度低、政策支持力度弱、企业积极性不高等难点。最后提出相关解决对策,并对现代学徒制前景进行展望。
China has deployed modern apprenticeship pilot work officially since 2014 to serve industry upgrading and economic transition effectively. Firstly,the classification and connotation of modem apprenticeship system is analyzed. Then difficulties encountered in the implementation process of modern apprenticeship system are discussed, including low social acceptance,less policy support and enthusiasm of the enterprises. Finally,the relevant countermeasures and prospect of modern apprenticeship are described.
