试析以就业为基础的高职英语教学方法设计

近年来随着我国经济的快速发展,高职英语的就业环境发生了比较大的变化,传统的教学方法已经难以满足高职英语人才培养的需要。同时就业能力培养也是高职英语教学的重点,这就需要加强对教学方法的改革与教学方法设计,不断提高教学针对性和效率,提高学生的专业素质,从而提高就业能力。因此有必要加强以就业为基础的高职英语教学方法设计的研究,重视学生实践能力的培养,只有这样才能达到高职英语教学的目标。
