“供给侧改革”视角下高职技术技能型人才培养的实现途径探索

Approach to the Realization of Higher Vocational and Technical Talents Training from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform

经济社会的转型升级倒逼高职教育增强有效甚至高效供给。本文就技术技能型人才的培养途径,针对高职教育"供给侧改革"的实现形式进行了探索,要解除决人才的有效供给抑制,需要构建现代职业教育体系、创新产教深度共和(融合)体制机制、改革人才培养模式与教学模式以及引入第三方(用人单位)评价机制等。

The transformation and upgrading of economic society forced higher vocational education to enhance effective and efficient supply. In this paper,the training of skilled technical personnel for the way of realization form of Higher Vocational Education ＂supply side reforms are explored,the effective supply of talent to lift is inhibited,need to build a system of modem occupation education,innovation education （the depth of fusion） system,the reform of personnel training mode and teaching mode and the third party （employer） evaluation mechanism.
