新疆职业院校艺术教育与民族团结教育相融合的实践探究——以新疆农业职业技术学院为例

摘要 新疆多民族聚集,多元文化荟萃,有着丰富的文化资源。充分发挥优秀传统文化潜移默化、凝聚社会的粘合剂作用,是从战略高度审视新疆职业教育的必然要求。艺术教育听得懂、看得见、记得住,更容易激发各族师生热爱新疆的美好感情,将民族团结教育融入艺术教育课程教学中,让中华优秀传统文化抵御极端思想渗透。新疆农业职业技术学院在艺术教育与民族团结教育融合方面开展了探索实践,成效显著,本文从探索的背景、精神内核、方法途径等方面进行阐述,试图为新疆职业院校开展同类教育活动提供参考和新思路。 Xinjiang is a place where a variety of ethnics live in and multiple cultures bloom,it possesses very rich cultural resources. As a potential agent for cohering the society,advantageous traditional culture shall play its role to the full extent,which is also an essential requirement when reviewing the vocational education in Xinjiang from a strategic height. Art education is comprehensible,visible and memorable,it inspires affections towards Xinjiang in teachers and students of various ethnics in a facile manner. Hence,it is necessary to integrate national solidarity education into art education,which enables advantageous Chinese traditional culture to defend the penetration of extremism thoughts. Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational Technical College explores and practices the integration of national solidarity education into art education and achieves a remarkable result. This article will discuss the background of exploration,the spirit core and practice methods,attempting to provide vocational colleges in Xinjiang with examples and new ideas in conducting the same kind of education.
