摘要
在地方性本科院校的《国际法》课程教学改革中,教师的"讲授法"改革是教学方法改革中的重要环节,也决定着教学改革的成败。但是,部分国际法教师在教学改革中,对于源自国外的参与式教学方法,不加思考地过分推崇,从而忽视了参与式教学固有的不足,从而陷入教学改革的困境。因而,本文简要分析了庭审控辩法、多媒体教学法、指导自学法和引导谈话法的基本特征及其精要,希望有助于《国际法》教学改革的顺利进行。
In the teaching reform of "international law" curriculum in local colleges and universities,the teacher's "teaching reform" is an important link in the reform of teaching methods and also determines the success or failure of teaching reform. However,some teachers of international law in the teaching reform,from the foreign participatory teaching methods,without thinking too much respect,thus ignoring the inherent lack of participatory teaching,and thus into the plight of teaching reform. Therefore,this paper briefly analyzes the basic characteristics and essence of the trial and defense,the multi-media teaching method,the guidance self-learning method and the guidance conversation law, and hopes to help the teaching reform of the international law to proceed smoothly.
