Under the situation of the biotechnology industry booming development,it＇s more important and urgent forimproving the quality ofbiotechnology personnel training in private universities. Combined with the actual situation of our university and biotechnology professional development law,we must think about the cultivation mode of biotechnology professionals and Security mechanism to meet the market demand.
