摘要
对高职营养与食品卫生专业《食品微生物检验》实践教学中的"检教合一·项目驱动"模式和简单项目化教学效果评价。"检教合一·项目驱动"组与单纯项目化教学组实践成绩均明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。项目化教学有助于提高和规范学生的实践操作技能。
In this study,we evaluate the effect on student learning of using simple or diversified project-oriented teaching models in a lab course of microbiological examination of food. Conclusion:Student learning under both the simple project-oriented teaching and the diversified project-oriented teaching was significantly higher than that under the tradifional teaching model (P 〈0.05). The project-oriented teaching model can help to improve and standardize the technical proficiency of students.
