摘要
传统的液压实验教学无法满足现在高职院校的教学需求,而虚拟技术的发展为改变这一现状提供了一条新的途径。本课题利用Pro/E和Virtools软件搭建了虚拟液压实验平台,主要包含液压泵、液压缸等液压元件的虚拟装配和机械手的动作仿真实验等。本文以液压泵的虚拟装配为例,验证了利用三维模型技术和虚拟现实技术构建虚拟实验平台的可行性。
The traditional hydraulic experimental teaching can't meet the needs of vocational colleges while development of virtual technology offers a new way to solve this problem. With the help of Pro/E and Virtools,this program tries to establish virtual hydraulic experimental platform,mainly including virtual assembling experiment carried out by hydraulic pumps,cylinders and other elements,simulation experiment of manipulator, etc. Taken the virtual assembling experiment as an example,the paper verified the feasibility of using 3D model technology and desktop virtual reality system to build virtual experiment platform.
