江南地区精准乡建“基本单元综合体”策略与实践--以浙江湖州“璞心家庭农场”为例

STRATEGIES AND PRACTICES ON "PRIMARY UNIT COMPLEX" OF ACCURATE RURAL CONSTRUCTION IN JIANGNAN REGION: TAKE "PUXIN FAMILY FARM" IN HUZHOU ZHEJIANG AS AN EXAMPLE

立足于江南地区的乡建实态,提出符合地域特征的"基本单元综合体"的乡建概念,在地形地貌基础、特色资源条件、乡村农人主体、生产经营方式等方面,阐述"基本单元综合体"的类型与构成要素。以浙江湖州"璞心家庭农场"实践为例,论证"基本单元综合体"的可行性,探索小微农场实现永续经营的优势与契机。以精准的途径与方法进行乡村营建,达到地理、经济、社会与空间"多位一体"的综合目标,以实现乡建的"经营与永居"。

Based on realistic condition of rural construction in Jiangnan region, this paper puts forward concept of primary unit complex which matched regional characteristics. In terms of geography and topography basis, characteristic resource conditions, rural farmer subject, production management pattern, it expounded types and constitute elements of primary unit complex. Take practice of Puxin Family Farm in Huzhou, Zhejiang as an example, it demonstrated practicability of primary unit complex and explored advantages and chances of sustainable operation for small and micro farm. This design used accurate way and method to reach comprehensive purpose of geography, economy, society and space in order to make management and permanent residence of rural construction come true.
