摘要
为了提高农村住宅热舒适水平,并降低采暖能耗,在实地调研基础上设计建造了节能型农村住宅,并对其进行了实地测试,包括围护结构传热系数、温度、相对湿度、采暖能耗等。结果表明:节能型农村住宅外墙和屋顶的传热系数分别为0.380 W/m ·K和0.245 W/m ·K,年平均单位建筑面积耗热量为37.1 W/m^2,其能够有效节约能源,提高室内热舒适水平,为该地区及同纬度地区农村居民设计、建造节能型农村住宅提供参考。
To improve thermal comfort of rural residence and reduce heating energy consumption, the team build energy efficiency rural residence based on field survey. Furthermore, the team take field test include heat transfer coefficient, temperature, relative humidity and heating energy consumption. The results shows that heat transfer coefficients of wall and roof are 0.380 W/m ·K, 0.245 W/m ·K respectively, the heating energy consumption of annual average unit building area is 37.1 W/m^2. It can save energy effectively and improve indoor thermal comfort, furthermore, it can provide demonstration for rural residents in the regions and the same latitude regions.
