摘要 轻质装配式建筑的研究是近年来中国建筑学界的一项热点议题,但仍缺乏对其发展历程较为系统的研究整理。因此,本文从建筑学视角出发,将20世纪30年代以来轻质装配式建筑的相关设计、实践与研究成果进行纵向梳理与并置对比,进而归纳其发展的三个维度—建构效率、空间适应、性能表现,并加以讨论,最后得出轻质装配式建筑的发展应当回归建筑本体设计的结论。 The study of light-weight prefabricated building has become one of the hottest topics in Chinese architectural field in recent years. However, there are still insufficient systematic studies about its development. Therefore, based on the perspective of architecture, this paper aims to explore and analyze the relevant historical results of designs, practices and researches of the light-weight prefabricated architecture since the 1930s. Three dimensionalities of development are summarized and discussed: construction efficiency, space adaptability and performance. Finally it concludes that light-weight prefabricated architecture should be retrieved to the building ontology.
