摘要
青海省省道S103地处高海拔地区,施工温度散失较快,为保证施工质量和压实效果,采用了温拌沥青技术。文章对比分析了温拌沥青与热拌沥青混合料的性能,结果表明,泡沫温拌沥青混合料的高温性能和水稳定性略优于热拌沥青混合料的,低温性能基本相当;采用泡沫温拌技术,每万吨沥青混合料成本将节省至少1万元,并降低有害气体NO_2和SO_2的排放量。
Qinghai provincial highway S103 is located in high altitude area, so construction temperature reduces quickly. To ensure construction quality and the compaction effect of pavement, the warm mix asphalt technology is used. In this paper, road performance of warm mix asphalt and hot mix asphalt is compared; the results show that the high temperature performance and water stability of foam warm mix asphalt is slightly higher than that of hot mix asphalt mixture, and low temperature performances are approximately equal; using foam warm mix tecnnologh, the cost of every ten thousands ton of asphalt mixture will be reduced by at least $10 thousands, and harmful gas emissions of NO2 and S02 will be reduced.
