浅谈新时期高校院级单位外事工作布局

Discussion on Foreign Affairs Arrangement in Affiliated College of Universities

高校外事工作已经发展到一定阶段,必须由院级单位进行主导。在此形势下,高校院级单位的外事工作必须重新布局。针对这一需求,本文提出院级单位外事工作新布局的可行性方法,为高校外事工作改进提供一定的参考。

Foreign affairs in universities have been considerably developed,it＇s the time for affiliated college to take initiative.In this situation,we should rearrange the foreign affairs of affiliated college.A set of feasible option on foreign affairs arrangement in affiliated college has been suggested,which provides some reference for improving carrying out foreign affairs of universities.
