应用型高校人才培养质量提升新驱动力研究——以大学生职业生涯规划为中心的考察

A Study on the New Driving Force for the Improvement of the Quality of Personnel Training in Applied Universities——A Case of College Students' Career Planning

应用型高校人才培养关乎国家人才培养体系的重大调整,是多层次性人才培养模式的重要组成部分。提升应用型人才培养质量是应用型高校的首要任务,也必须找寻多途径。本文论证了大学生职业生涯规划与应用型高校人才培养的内在联系,提出大学生职业生涯规划是应用型高校人才培养质量提升的新驱动力,由此提出基于大学生职业生涯规划的高校人才培养模式(体系)的建设性意见。

The application of the university personnel training is a major part of the national personnel training system,which is an important part of the multi-level personnel training mode.To improve the quality of applied talents training is the primary task of applied universities.This paper demonstrates the relationship of talent college student occupation career planning and training of application-oriented universities,proposed college student occupation career planning is a new driving force to improve the quality of training applied talents in colleges and universities,puts forward constructive suggestions to the personnel training mode of college students occupation.
