摘要 目的:探索临床医学专科专业培养乡村医生人才模式;方法:采用现代学徒制委托培养模式,学历学习和规范化培训"3+2"系统衔接,基础课程、专业课程与临床实践"1+1+1"分段协同培养,政行校院四方合作、协同育人;结果:教学内容针对性、实用性更强,就业与需求相对接;结论:多方协同、合作培养的现代学徒制是培养"下得去、留得住、用得上"的乡村医生的有效人才模式。 Objective:to explore the clinical medicine specialized professional personnel training mode of rural doctors,Methods:by adopting modem apprenticeship training mode,the academic study and standardized training of "3 +2" system cohesion,foundation courses,professional courses and clinical practice "1 + 1 + 1" segmented cocultivation,the political line and universities cooperation,cooperative education,Results:the teaching content pertinence,practical stronger,employment and demand relatively.Conclusion:the multilateral coordination,cooperation,develop modem apprenticeship is to develop "had to go to,to retain and use" under the rural doctors model of effective talents.
