摘要
本文系统分析了我国高校食品科学与工程专业的基本概况,通过对现行人才培养模式的分析和思考,结合食品类专业培养目标,对目前人才培养模式中存在的主要问题进行了系统总结,为提高我国食品科学与工程类专业人才培养质量奠定了基础。
In this paper,the basic situation of food science and engineering specialty in colleges and universities was analyzed systematically.Through the analysis and thinking of the current talent training mode,combined with food professional training objectives,the current main problems that exist in the talent training mode have been summarized in order to improve food science and engineering professional talent training quality in China.
